Returns

Our return policy is within 30 days of purchase.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not quite right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery through our self-serve return process.

RETURN PROCESS

To request a return, you must log in to your SPIRITDRIVEN® customer accountat:https://account.shopspiritdriven.com

If you have not activated your account yet, you may need to create one using the same email address used for your order. Once logged in, eligible orders will show available return options based on our return rules.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in original condition, and have original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or pet hair may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided through the portal. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Ineligible to Return

Gift cards, customized or special-order items, and any item marked final sale.

 

EXCHANGES 

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges through the portal. If you need a different size or item, please submit an eligible return request and place a new order.



GIFT RETURNS

    If you received a SPIRITDRIVEN® item as a gift, the original purchaser may request a return through the customer account associated with the order, if the item is eligible under our return policy.

    If you are the gift recipient and do not have access to the purchaser’s account, please contact us through our Customer Contact page for assistance. Approved gift returns are eligible for store credit only and must meet all standard return eligibility requirements.

     

    DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT

    If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery through our Customer Contact page and include your order number and photos.

    SPIRITDRIVEN® is not responsible for any lost returns.  We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.
